I am Jason Garthoffner, a UX/UI and Visual Designer based out of Orange County, California. The heart of design is creating solutions to problems, which is why I love what I do. For over a decade, I have helped my employers and clients gain a reputation for having the best design solutions in their respective fields. I frequently use problem solving that requires experience combined with professional growth and development, and have collaborated with marketing and creative teams to produce the best results possible for stakeholders and users.

My work has naturally made me a part of marketing and creative teams, which has given me experience in helping to plan marketing campaigns (from concept to completion, with print and digital deliverables), the creation of brand standards and content libraries, and the development of processes that led to more efficient workflows.

When I'm not designing I enjoy being a father to my kids. I also like to spend time working on personal creative projects (see the links under "stuff I do for fun"), reading about design and other subjects that interest me, or catching up on the shows I watch (when they're in season). I also like to do a workout/exercise almost every day to stay on top of my health. When I really want a change of pace I'll spend some time with my Meta Quest or playing games on my iPad (I'm currently into Marvel Snap, or Jumbles).
