A selection of consumer-facing nutrition education materials, digital campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing created for Love One Today®, the consumer brand of the Hass Avocado Board. These projects were designed to translate nutrition science and health research into visually engaging, accessible content for consumers, registered dietitians, healthcare professionals, and wellness-focused audiences.
My role included art direction, visual design, layout systems, email design and development, landing page design, infographic design, and campaign creative across both print and digital platforms. The work ranged from educational brochures and recipe booklets to research-driven infographics, health campaign materials, responsive email marketing, and long-form content landing pages.
A major focus throughout these projects was balancing scientific credibility with approachable, lifestyle-oriented design. Information-dense content was structured using clear visual hierarchy, strong typography, modular content systems, and photography-driven layouts that made complex nutrition topics easier to understand and more engaging to explore. Across web and email projects, emphasis was also placed on responsive design, accessibility, and creating cohesive user experiences that aligned with the broader Love One Today brand ecosystem.
